Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what using the site means

The website www.sof-rmu.com is operated by the NGO «Special Operations Forces of the Resistance Movement of Ukraine» (NGO «SOF RMU»). By using the site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What the site provides

The site contains information about the organisation and its domains, news, and the analytical products “Vector” (OSINT situation snapshots) and “Rupor” (official briefings). Basic access is free. Extended access to full materials is provided under the Pro and Institutional tiers.

3. Account

Sign-in is via a one-time link sent to your e-mail. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for actions taken through your account. Provide a valid address; one account per person or organisation.

4. Payment for access

Payments are processed by the payment provider Lemon Squeezy; billing is in US dollars. Prices in other currencies on the subscribe page are indicative, at approximate rates. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly; you may cancel at any time — access remains until the end of the paid period.

Paid access to the “Vector” and “Rupor” analytics may also be provided through the separate services of these products; in that case the terms and prices are set on their checkout pages.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Write to info@sof-rmu.com describing the situation — we will respond within three working days.

6. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to: mass-republish or resell paid materials; circumvent access restrictions; scrape content beyond the provided interfaces (API — read-only within your tier); use the site for unlawful purposes or to the detriment of Ukraine. Violation of these rules is grounds for termination of access without compensation.

7. Intellectual property

Site materials, including “Vector” reports and “Rupor” briefings, belong to the organisation or are used by it lawfully. Personal non-commercial use and quotation with source attribution are permitted. Media may quote public materials with attribution and an active link.

8. Analytics disclaimer

“Vector” and “Rupor” are analytics based on open sources (OSINT). They are provided “as is”, reflect the situation at the moment of publication and may become outdated. They do not constitute military, legal, financial or other professional advice; decisions based on them are at your own risk.

9. Liability

The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims related to the site is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to info@sof-rmu.com. We may terminate or restrict access in case of violation of these Terms or where required by law or service security.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version; account holders will be additionally notified of material changes.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory rules of your country provide otherwise.
