Intelligence

Collection, verification and analysis of information for the early detection of threats and to inform decisions. We operate within the law and protect our sources.

What we do

Intelligence turns scattered data into verified conclusions that can be relied upon. We combine open-source work, disciplined analysis and rigorous verification so that command and partners have a timely and accurate picture. Our aim is to anticipate a threat before it materialises, not to describe it after the fact.

01

Open-source analysis

Systematic collection and processing of publicly available information (OSINT). We cross-reference data from many sources to identify patterns and indicators of threat, relying solely on lawful methods.

02

Deep threat analysis

Study of the adversary’s persistent structures and intentions, not isolated events alone. We assess capabilities, motivation and likely courses of action to distinguish a random signal from a systemic danger.

03

Verification and confidence assessment

Every conclusion is cross-checked and given an honest confidence rating. We separate fact, assumption and uncertainty, and state plainly the limits of what is known.

04

Analytical decision support

Turning verified data into concise, actionable conclusions for command and authorised partners. We answer specific requests while observing the need-to-know principle.

How we work

  1. 01

    Tasking

We define the question that needs answering and the limits of the work. A clear task focuses effort and guards against unnecessary collection of data.

  2. 02

    Collection and processing

We gather information by lawful means and organise it for analysis. Sources and raw data are protected at every stage.

  3. 03

    Analysis and verification

We correlate data, verify it against independent sources and assess confidence. Alternative explanations are considered before a conclusion is reached.

  4. 04

    Reporting and handover

We prepare a concise conclusion with a clearly marked confidence level and hand it to authorised recipients on a need-to-know basis. The result is fit for a decision, not merely for information.
