Strategic Contracts
Partnerships with the state and allies. Access to cooperation is limited and built on trust: availability is a scarce resource.
What we do
This direction governs the organisation’s formal relations with state institutions, international allies, donors and suppliers. Every contract is concluded within the law, with transparent reporting and measurable commitments. We do not take on everything, nor work with everyone: the circle of partners is narrow and the selection criteria are strict.
Legality and transparency
Every agreement complies with Ukrainian law and internal procedures. Terms are fixed in writing, funds and resources are accounted for, and reporting is available to authorised parties for verification.
Reliability of delivery
We take on only those commitments we are able to fulfil within the agreed timelines and to the agreed standard. What is promised and what is delivered must coincide: the direction’s reputation rests on the predictability of the result.
Partner selection
Partners are assessed by their origin, integrity and alignment with the organisation’s values. We verify sources of funding and avoid ties that could compromise the mission or its security. Access to cooperation cannot be bought.
Standards compliance
Procedures and documentation are aligned with the requirements of state clients and international partners, including NATO and EU standards where applicable. This simplifies interaction and confirms the organisation’s maturity.
How we work
- 01
Enquiry and due diligence
A prospective partner makes contact through official channels and sets out the purpose of cooperation. We conduct due diligence on integrity, origin and possible risks before proceeding.
- 02
Terms agreement
Scope, timelines, quality standards and reporting arrangements are fixed in writing. The commitments of both sides are framed so that they can be measured and verified.
- 03
Delivery
Work is carried out according to the agreed plan. Progress is accompanied by quality control, and any deviations are recorded and resolved without concealment.
- 04
Reporting and continuation
On completion, the parties receive reporting on results and resources used. Long term cooperation is built on a proven record rather than on one off arrangements.
Do you represent a state institution, an ally or a donor? Contact us through official channels and we will consider cooperation within our principles and capacity.
