Domain 06

Reconstruction of Ukraine

Rebuilding infrastructure and communities after combat. Coordinating donors, contractors and communities to bring life back to liberated territories.

What we do

For us, reconstruction is a continuation of defence: territory returns to life only when it is safe, supplied and inhabited. The domain works in tandem with demining and civil defence.

01

Survey and documentation

Damage assessment of infrastructure and housing in de-occupied territories. Recording the state of facilities for reconstruction planning and reporting to international partners.

02

Making territory safe

Reconstruction begins only after a safety survey. We work in tandem with the humanitarian demining domain: no work on unverified ground.

03

Critical infrastructure

First priority goes to what community life depends on: water, power, communications, medical care, schools. Without these, people cannot return.

04

Housing and communities

Restoring housing and social facilities, supporting communities in returning home. The goal is not walls but life: a working community on its own land.

05

Donor and contractor coordination

A bridge between international donors, Ukrainian contractors and communities: needs prioritisation, quality control of works, transparent reporting for every resource.

06

Community economic recovery

A community lives when it has work. Supporting local business, engaging veterans in reconstruction works, restoring markets and services — so that the return of people becomes sustainable.

How we work

  1. 01

    Assessment

Survey of territory and facilities together with the community: what is destroyed, what is dangerous, what people need first.

  2. 02

    Prioritisation

Resources go where they have the greatest effect: safety, critical infrastructure, housing. Decisions are documented and justified.

  3. 03

    Execution

Small mobile teams, clear tasks, tight deadlines. Quality control at every stage — regardless of who performs the works.

  4. 04

    Reporting

Every project ends with a report: what was done, with what funds, with what result. The donor sees the path of every resource from contribution to facility.
